MEAN GIRLS

{photo via we heart it}

I have a really good question for you: when will "high school"- period end? Will it ever end, do you know? Because I have no idea and I'm pretty tired with people that do jack-shit and talk smack about others. I'm so sick of this, we are mature people but we still act like kids. I'm working for 6 years now, I made a name for my self, but I still feel like I'm high school. Did your "high school"- period end? :))

  4. Oh girl, I think there will be always people that talk behind your bag. The only thing you can change is how you react... just try to ignore them, they aren't worth the drama! xo

  5. Mine did. Or it didn't, it depends how you look at it. I think that the older I am - the less bothered. I just don't care that much, I think that's the key to success :)

  6. stick it to them girl ! :)

I knew you all would like this post. I know it should end, but I really don't understand other people.

  8. @Renée
I know. And in 99% of the time I can ignore all of them, but from time to time, when I'm really tired they get to me. That makes me really sad, but after a few hours everything goes back to normal.

  9. @Adelina
I know, I try to do that too and in 99% of the time it works, but there 1 % that stays with me.

  10. The only thing that changed is that now i actually couldnt care less what people say about me. Let them talk. :)

  16. I feel the exact same way! I thought all the bitching etc would vanish once everybody left high school, but it doesn't seem that way at all! I think all the people talking bad about you and being rude and ignorant lasts, just the way you react and handle it evolves.... x

  20. Highschool sucked - and the people who still live the high-school life suck really - grow up. How I see it Tereza - they have issues - not you honey - upwards and onwards :O)

  29. I feel like my high school period ended. I mean even while still in high school, I ignored basically all of those people that liked to put people down to get ahead. I never could stand it. I honestly do not think that high school will ever end. Life isn't always fair! You just have to have confidence in yourself and it won't bother you!

  31. ha! personally I'm just at that point where I'm past all that. And just looking at ppl that are still stuck in that phase with pity.
My life is so interesting and great that I don't have the time for that kind of bullshit and if you do I feel bad for you. (not you, hypothetical you)

  32. I graduated the day I learnt not to care about such childish behaviour that unfortunately seems very common among the human beings, despite their age.
A lot of people around are not adults, even if their age would indicate so. They love to act as high school teenagers. Don't mind them and try not to be emotionally affected. People who talk behind the back are nothing but cowards and don't deserve the attention of a talented person as yourself.

    Wicked pictures :D !

  33. I went to a really snotty private college prep school (an American int'l school overseas), so I was praying that high school would be over as fast as humanely possible! Unfortunately, the high school mentality is always with us, to some degree at least (we can't help it, humans are just wired that way), but it definitely got much better for me in university and beyond. But as long as you believe in yourself and stay positive, you'll be good!

  37. High school is like a microcosm of the rest of the world. That kind of behavior never ends if you are in the company of immature people. Have you heard this quote...

    Great minds discuss ideas,
    average minds discuss events,
    small minds discuss people.

  66. High school period for some people just never ends. Insecure people need to talk sh*t about the others in order to feel as good as them. Just ignore them. I get talked about all the time...I get annoyed but in the end I know only a few people can hurt me, those who really care !

Thank God I have real friends. Real friends that act like true women and don't talk smack about even their worst enemy. That is how life is supposed to be. Just keep your head up...You wrote you've worked for six years AND made a name for yourself...sounds like the perfect mixture for a jealous person to seeth over. Even more reason to keep being YOU and never let the petty B.S. get you down. You rock!
