DIET SUCKS... BUT!

... I lost a lot of weight since I started it! I don't use a scale because I will get sad, but I have a pair of jeans that I use to see if I have lost weight or not. And, guess what? I did, I did! But I miss my sweets and my treats and stupid junk food. I treat myself from time to time, but then I feel guilty :).

  7. Tereza trust me once in a while you can binge. It gives your metabolism a kick. I do it every other week. Just one day then I go back to eating as a lil' bird....

  8. Well, I couldn't imagine living without my daily dose of sugar :D
    Fortunately, I don't like heavy desserts like chocolate mousse or tiramisu - I am more into a piece of plain milk chocolate ;)

    And berries are a great substitute when you feel like having sth sweet!

  11. Good job Terry! Well I guess it's about finding the right balance when it comes to sweets...lucky enough for me, I can't eat chocolate no more it makes my stomach sick...

  13. I feel the same way darling. Since doing the competition I was on a strict diet. but now EVERYTHING tempts me. I need to learn how to have control and restraint. So hard when there are all these yummy treats.

    But I also know that my keeping a balanced diet and being healthy most of the times allows me to fit in to the cute little dresses and clothes that sometimes are not available in bigger sizes. We do many things for fashion, and being healthy should be one of them!

  17. I know what you mean about diets sucking! I did Weight Watchers for a while, and it was working (slowly but surely) then I cheated on the diet one day and I haven't been able to get back on to it though... it kind of sucks, but I will sometime! These treats look so delicious. When I'm craving something sweet, pictures like these usually do the trick haha.
